What We Can Actually Fix

We can only fix problems that are happening on our website. This includes:

• Major layout issues where the text is overlapping or impossible to read.

If you spot a typo or a fact that seems wrong in one of our articles (like a freelance website that has changed its name), tell us at this email too. We appreciate it and will correct it.

What We Can’t Fix

• Problems on other websites. If we link to an influencer marketing platform or a park’s official site and that page is broken, you need to contact that website’s own support.
• Giving you advice. We can’t help you choose which perfume to buy or which freelance job to apply for. Our articles are just our writing and research.
• Your personal device or the internet. We can’t troubleshoot why your iPad is slow or help you configure your home network.
• Instant replies. We check the help email on weekdays. We’re not a 24/7 operation. You’ll likely get a reply within a couple of business days.

Why This Is the Only Way to Get Help

Email creates a record. It lets us take a screenshot of the problem, forward it to our web hosting person, and say, “See? This is broken.” It’s the most effective way for a tiny team like ours to track and solve real technical issues. A phone call doesn’t leave that trail.
